As couples all over the world are being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are all trying to navigate the right actions to take in this incredibly difficult situation. Like you, we are making daily decisions as to how we can keep our couples, employees and partners safe and healthy and have put in place a clenliness protocol for all our employees to follow to include regular hand washing, sanitiser for equipment and thinking about proximity to clients and guests. We will also be doing all our consultations via facetime, whatsapp or by telephone to minimise any risks.
At SW Wedding films nothing has changed with all our bookings and are all proceeding as per original contract, however we will work with any of our clients if they are forced to cancel or rearange their wedding due to government restrictions by offering them the chance to re-arange their date to a suitable alternative without any extra charges.
All new bookings will be offered the same date change flexibility due to the uncertanty of the coronavirus situation meaning you can book with confidence knowing your booking is safe and flexible.
We are aware some venues are offering couples new dates without considering contracts with your other suppiers, we would urge you to consult with your insurers and all your suppliers before making a decision to cancel or rearrange so everyone can work together to achieve a suitable outcome for you.
